We  realize that many people don't have blogs, but instead participate in our challenges using on-line galleries. We love that you are helping us spread the word about Squigglefly! However, many of the galleries require passwords and not all of us at Squigglefly belongs to every gallery or group. To help us make sure we don't miss your artwork, we are asking that if you do use an online gallery that you leave us a comment on the challenge post. That way we'll be sure to have a member of the Squigglefly team who is a member of that gallery (SCS, CDAC, PCP, etc) can validate your entry.

1.) If you up-load your creation to any on-line photo galleries, please use SFC4714 for  your keywords when loading your creation photo there. 1b) please leave a comment on the challenge blog post so that someone from Squigglefly can validate your entry for the prize.

2) You don't *have* to include a Squigglefly image on your creation, but in order to qualify for the prize you will need to use one! You can also combine SF images with non-SF images to qualify! Don't have one? There are several FREEBIES you can grab from the Squigglefly store, hop on over there. Those images will qualify you for the prize.

3) You have one week to complete the challenge and it will close Sunday evening. The winner will be announced at the same time the new challenge post comes up...so be sure to check back EVERY Monday to see if you are a winner!

Squigglefly Challenge #46, SFC4614 Give me a SQUARE Deal

Hello everyone! Welcome to this week's Squigglefly Challenge. This week's challenge is SFC4614 Give me a SQUARE Deal
For this week's challenge you simply need to create a square card. You are welcome to share a holiday theme card, but holiday themes are not required as long as your card is square.  We can't wait to see what you create. We'd love for you to use a Squigglefly image, to be prize eligible it's required, but everyone is welcome to play along.

Let's start with some great examples from the Holley Hobbyists:

Pat Martin created this gorgeous square card with a lovely brown background  I just love how everything stands out so boldly on this cardstock.  This beautiful image is called Ho Ho Ho Snowmen from artist Cheryl Alger. 
 
Kecia Waters  created this fun card using a new sentiment available at the store.  This hilarious image is called All About Dad from artist Cheryl Alger.  What a delightful birthday card or new year card.
 
Elizabeth Hart made this adorable square card  this week using a super cute stamp from artist  Cheryl Alger.  How cute is this?  This image  is called Maddie the Red-Nosed Reindeer.  Doesn't she make you feel jolly?
 
Jen Leeflang created this beautifully made square Christmas card.  This gorgeous image is from artist Pamela Lehto and is called Old World Santa Christmas & Holly Wreath.    I just love her beautiful coloring and the way it makes the Santa stand out on this card.
 
Darlene Pavlick created this gorgeous winter theme card with beautiful birds and holly from artist Sal Scheibe. She's using beautiful bling for snow and a Merry Christmas sentiment. This image is Christmas Birds.
 
Linda Weber created this adorable kitty card using a new image from  Niina Niskanen. This cute image is called Cat in the basket.  Don't know love her layout?  Those cute yarn balls!
 

And lastly, I (Holley Barnhart from Holley's Blog) have a wonderful image from artist Sal Scheibe and is called Gothic Christmas.  I decided to color everything in greys except for the girl, don't you love her Skeleton hair pin?

Squigglefly Challenge #44, SFC4414 Use Patterned Paper

This week's challenge is SFC4214 Use Patterned Paper

For this week's challenge you simply need to use patterned paper somewhere on your card. It can be your background cardstock, your die cut embellishments or even your photo mats.  We can't wait to see what you create. We'd love for you to use a Squigglefly image, to be prize eligible it's required, but everyone is welcome to play along.

Let's start with some great examples from the Holley Hobbyists:

Pat Martin created this lovely card using a brand new stamp from artist Niina Niskanen. I just love how her dress color matches her card pattern.  This beautiful image is called She Plays for the Waves. 

Kecia Waters  created this amazing card using the most beautiful golden printed snowflake papers.  This lovely snowman image is from Squigglefly artist Cheryl Alger.  This image is called Fat Round Snowman.   How stunning is her coloring?  Oh, so perfect!

Elizabeth Hart made a wonderful card  this week using a stamp from our brand new Squigglefly artist  Sal Scheibe.  How gorgeous is her color combo?  Just look at the wings she colored!  This fairy is called Nature Fairy.


Jen Leeflang created this beautifully made Thank You card with gorgeous flowers  This sweet image is from artist Cheryl Alger and is called Have a Heart Girl..  Can't you imagine so many other holidays for this?  Color the hearts in Christmas colors and put "Dear Santa", make the card red/pink and put Happy Valentines,....I can think of so many fun ideas for this image!


Darlene Pavlick created this gorgeous winter theme card with an adorable snowman from artist Cheryl Alger. She's using beautiful snowflake paper and a lovely sentiment. This image is A Frosty Cup of Cocoa.


Tammy Hair created this adorable doggie card using a new image from  Brian Lock and a brand new sentiment. Isn't her coloring amazing?  This cutie is called Caffeine Canine. What gorgeous paper piecing. This fun sentiment is just .99 and is called Silent Scream.



And lastly, I (Holley Barnhart from Holley's Blog) have a wonderful image from artist Niina Niskanen and is called Bubbles.  I am using some fun printed paper with flowers and bling to create a happy theme.
